Hong Kong Style Baked Pork Chop Rice (simplified version)

今日與大家分享如何做港式焗豬扒飯(簡易版), 是我的最愛, 我還會與大家分享令肉質鬆軟的秘訣。炒飯是粒粒分明又好味, 如果你同我一樣, 喜歡港式焗豬扒飯, 就不要錯過。就算你是新手, 都不會覺得難。

材料(4人份量):
豬扒X 4
蕃茄X 2
洋蔥 X 1
罐頭菠蘿X1
意粉醬 400克
巴馬臣碎芝士
雞蛋X 4
4碗白飯

準備豬扒醃料:
豉油1湯匙
蠔油1湯匙
白胡椒粉
五香粉
紹興酒1湯匙
蛋液 3湯匙
生粉3 茶匙


Today I will introduce Hong Kong Style Baked Pork Chop Rice. It's my favourite food. I will also share the tips of making the texture of the meat become soft. Ingredients (4 people portion):
Pork Chop X 4
Tomatoes X 2
Onion X1
Canned pineapple X 1
Pasta sauce 400g
Parmesan Grated Cheese
Eggs X 4
Cooked rice X 4 bowls

Marinate the pork chop:
Soy Sauce X 1 TBSP
Oyster Sauce X 1 TBSP
White Pepper Powder
Chinese 5 Spices powder
Shao Xing Cooking Wine X 1 TBSP
Egg X 3 TBSP
Potato Starch X 3 tsp
Oil
