Ingredients:

Qatayef Dough:
2 cups all purpose flour (sifted)
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup coarse semolina
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
2.5 cups warm water

Ashta/Qashta:
Part One:
4 cups milk
1 tablespoon orange blossom
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar

Part Two:
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch

Garnish:
1/4 to 1/2 cup crushed pistachio
sugar syrup (optional) - it's already so sweet!
