Air Fryer Sausage Rolls Nice And Crispy | Cooking Around The World | Best Sausage Rolls

In just 18 minutes you can have some of the best sausage rolls you have ever tasted for a morning tea time or lunch time snack. Although this is another air fryer recipe I have included instructions for a normal oven below as well. An air fryer is really just a compact fan forced oven. In its small environment it recirculates cooking air back into meal, keeping the flavour locked in. This is why everything tastes so good, because you aren't leaving all the flavour behind, in the oven.

1 packet pre-rolled puff pastry
225 grams sausage meat
225 grams premium grade minced beef
Salt and pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Italian flat parsley leaves chopped
1/2 Onion finely chopped
1 egg beaten
Sesame seeds

Normal oven 30 -38 minutes at 180 C
Air Fryer used was a 3.5 litre, 1500 watt
Cooking time phase 1 - 12 minutes at 180 C
Phase 2 - 4 minutes at 180 C
Phase 3 - 2 minutes at 180 C
