What is floor barre?
Train Like a Ballerina floor barre combines ballet movements with strength and conditioning and flexibility training. All workouts are conducted on the floor. Making it beneficial to absolute beginners to professionals. By taking our training to the floor, we're able to focus on particular movements, which muscles are being used, pick up imbalances and strengths and weaknesses and target those specific areas.
