Recipe
Ingredients A:
3 tbsp vegan ghee
A little raisins(fried first)
A few cashew nuts (fried first)
4 dry spices (1 cinnamon stick, 1 clove, 2 pelage, 2 star anise)
1 pandan leave (knotted)
1 inch ginger (tapped)
2 nos garlic (crushed)
3 onion (sliced)
1 tsp soup spices powder
1 tbsp chili sauce
2 cups water
1 cup plant-based milk
1 cube vegetable stock

Ingredients B:
2 cups of basmathi rice (soak for 30 minutes and toss)
A little saffron
A little curry leaves

SPICY FRIED CHICKEN
Recipe
Ground ingredients:
2 onions
3 nos garlic
1 inch ginger
1 stalk lemongrass
*Finely grind all ingredients.

Other ingredients:
6-7 hericium mushrooms
1 tbsp turmeric powder
A little chicken curry spices
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
1-2 stalks curry leaves (finely sliced)
Salt and sugar as needed
oil for frying
*Mix ground ingredients and other ingredients, marinate for 30 minutes - 1 hour. Then fry in hot oil. When browned, remove and set aside.

Note: Once you eat for first round, you will add more. Not because of the recipe because of the rice from @LAL QILLA. Supppppeerrrbbbb!!!

Cooking method :
1 Saute all ingredients A using vegan ghee until fragrant and stir evenly. Then, add water, plant-based milk, chili sauce and vegetable stock cubes. Stir well and turn off the heat.
2 Transfer the stir-fried ingredient A into the rice cooker. Then add basmati rice, salt and a little saffron. Stir well and cover the rice cooker. Let it cook.
3 When the rice is ¼ cooked, sprinkle raisins, cashew nuts and some curry leaves. Cover the pot and let it cook the rice for 5 minutes or until cooked. set aside.
4 Then fry the marinated hericium mushrooms until brown. Remove and set aside.
5 Ready to eat with a little boiled okra, green chilies, cucumber slices, a little curry sauce and ganja rice. Done!
