Shisochin Kata for Goju Ryu snippet: palm strike section

We take the four-direction palm strike section from Shisochin from Goju Ryu, pluck it out of the kata and take some time to polish it off. We also discuss embusen, multiple attackers and how to improve the kata overall.

Includes ways to train this move in a small space, how to improve the palm strike and how to strengthen the arms.
