This total body Pilates Mat class is a great well-rounded flow. We'll warm up and move into core work; followed by some posterior-focused upper body work; then on to side body work that includes a mermaid series, side tabletop work, and side lying work; and we finish with bridge work and a cool down.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
—Long resistance band (this is the one I use, link is affiliate: https://amzn.to/3yg830Z)

If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach — and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)
