This is a great total body Pilates mat flow. No equipment needed! We'll start with a warm up and core. Our core work will weave in triceps and some reverse tabletop work to hit the posterior chain. We then move into our side body series, which will challenge the outer hips and obliques. We continue our side body work with a shift in focus to upper body, and then finish class with some prone work.

If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach — and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)
