In this video, Dr. Joe talked about Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR). It is a stress relief technique for treating anxiety, insomnia, bipolar syndrome, neck pain, and autoimmune diseases such as Rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, psoriasis, etc. This technique was developed by Dr. Edmund Jacobson and was further researched for its benefits. It is now adopted by many university hospitals for treating various stress-related disorders. You can follow Dr. Joe in doing this technique every day for one month to see some positive results.
