Hey, guys, in this walkthrough video, I show you a complete routine you can perform to UNDO a lot of physical stress you experience from sitting. These are a few of the best exercises and stretches for gamers. It is a simple 10-minute routine you can do after your gaming session or between blocks of gaming to help you perform better and prevent injuries.

In the video, I discuss when you can include this routine and a sample schedule to make it easier for you to integrate it into your schedule.
