Jump right into this fit workout on all fours, firing up your back body: glutes, obliques, core, lats, shoulders and arms.

⭐ For :
Intermediate/Advanced.
🎯 Focus :
Posterior chain : GLUTES, upper body strength.

This is an energetic, quick, fit flow starting in a quadruped position, moving right into planking and standing splits on the Reformer for the intermediate to advanced student. You will need strong wrists for this session, but it will also help you work towards stronger wrists. Learn to balance over your centerline without weight shifting to one side. Lie it down for some beautiful side body work for long lean legs and strong arms and obliques. This workout will work towards sculpting a longer, leaner and stronger you.
Have fun and remember if you want more, come back as many times as you like and repeat. Repetition and practice is what makes us stronger and helps us achieve our fitness goals !
