Pilates mat classes provide a perfect at home workout with no equipment.

This 1 hour Pilates class has a intermediate-advanced Pilates flow that will help you mobilize the spine and you will feel connected and engaged.

I would not consider this a Beginner Pilates class, unless you choose a lot of Pilates exercise variations. (Which you can do if you know them and if you don’t check out the Pilates Exercise Spotlights below!) We are going to do the Pilates exercises of roll over, corkscrew and teaser.
