Uses of since:
Since is mainly used to refer to a point of time. We usually use since to talk about the present or the past.

Here are some examples of since in Nepali:
I haven't met him since March. (मैले मार्चदेखि उसलाई भेटेको छैन।)
She had been talking to me since 2.00 PM.
(ऊनी मसंग २ बजेदेखि बोल्दै आईरहेकि छिन् ।)

Uses of for:
For is mainly used to refer to the period of time. 'For' mainly talks about duration.

Here are some examples of for in Nepali:
She had been talking to me for 6 hours.(उनि मसंग ६ घन्टादेखि बोल्दै आईरहेकि थिइन् ।)
I haven't met him for 3 months. (मैले उसलाई ३ महीनादेखि भेटेको छैन।)

Uses of from:
From is also used to refer to time but it is usually used to talk about the future.
For example
We are going to learn English from tomorrow. (हामी भोलिदेखी अङ्ग्रेजी सिक्न गइरहेका छौँ ।)
She will start working from next week.(उनि अर्को हप्तादेखि काम गर्न सुरु गर्नेछिन् ।)
