This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow, part 2 of the full body series of classes designed to strengthen. lengthen and tone your whole body.
Begin slowly warming the neck, shoulders, hips, feet and toes and then glide through a warrior flow, a walking warrior 3 down your mat, backbends and arm balances. An accessible, creative flow with modifications and alternatives offered along the way.
