This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow, part 8 of the full body series of classes designed to strengthen. lengthen and tone your whole body.

An intermediate, compact flow for those times when you just want to flow and move with your breath. Class moves at a brisker pace without feeling rushed. Shorter holds and less detailed alignment cues and enough challenge to keep you focused. A rejuvenating class targeting the hips, spine and shoulders.
For practice, you may wish to have a block and a blanket for support.
