-Strengthening your inner thighs will help you move more efficiently and with better alignment.
-Strengthening your inner thighs will reduce your risk for ankle, knee, hip, and lower back injury.
-Strengthening your inner thighs will help improve core support and performance.
-Strengthening your inner thighs helps increase flexibility and decrease sensitivity in the groin region.
