This is a 50 minute full body pilates reformer workout. This workout will strengthen the legs, glutes, core and arms. In my pilates workouts, I like to feel the burn and want the workouts to be challenging, but do able, so I try to give modifications or spring variations so this workout can be done by all. This is not a classical pilates workout where you only do 8-10 reps of each exercises, I try to do enough reps where your muscles feel full engaged, and also want to give people plenty of reps to get the movements right before moving on to a different exercise.
