This pilates reformer workout combines both cardio and strength exercises into the workout to get your heart rate up, muscles fired up and feel great. This isn't your typical pilates reformer workout, I decided to change it up and make it like a circuit training workout but combining the reformer into the mix. This workout has two different circuits with 4 exercises in each circuit that we will repeat 2 x through. Like I said it's a little different than my normal pilates workouts, but it will be fun and will be a great workout! Get ready to sweat!
