All circuits build upon each other — they start off with ease and increase in difficulty as you go.
There are modifications available & shown on screen — feel free to play around with different weights.
This workout can be done at home or in the gym.

Always remember: this is not about pace (not your classic HIIT!), but about giving every rep your full attention ❤️‍🔥.

Equipment: 1-2 KBs or DBs (I use 8kg & 12kg; different weights are optional), a shoe (optional!)

00:10 movement prep | 50s on, 10s off | 1 round
06:24 primary circuit | 45s on, 15s off | 2 rounds
12:42 secondary circuit | 45s on, 15s off | 2 rounds
18:54 tertiary circuit | 40s on, 15s off | 2 rounds
24:38 FINISHER | 30s on, 10s off | 3 rounds
26:54 decompression | 50s on, 15s off | 1 round
