Ingredients:
400g Potatoes (Carisma Potatoes - these potatoes in particular have 25% less carbs. Can be substituted for russet potatoes, sweet potatoes etc)
Season Potatoes With: 1 Tsp Chicken Stock Powder & 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
500g Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breast (tenderise to flatten & cut into 4 or 5 strips)
Season Chicken With:
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
100g Crushed Cornflakes (add a dash of the same seasonings used above - not all of this gets used, only 40g stuck to the chicken in total)
2 Eggs (whisked)
100g Flour (not all of this gets used - only 16g stuck to the chicken in total)
Light Cooking Oil Spray (Frylight)

Cane’s Sauce:
350g Light Mayonnaise (Heinz or Hellmans)
170g Tomato Sauce/Ketchup (Heinz No Sugar Added Ketchup)
45g Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1.5 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper

Mix all the ingredients together & set the sauce in the fridge to thicken. This makes 13 servings weighing 45g per serving (only 57 calories per serving in comparison to the original which has nearly 200 calories)
