Описание к видео 35 Minute Full Body Strength and Cardio Workout | Mini Band and Bodyweight Only | No Repeats

Grab mini bands and a mat for this 35 Minute Total Body Strength and Cardio Workout. For resistance reference I have a light and medium resistance band. I'll be using the light band for upper body and medium band for lower body. The band needs to have some give to it for the upper body exercises or the range of motion will be decreased. Keep in mind that you and I are different, so you may need to go with a heavier resistance band than me to feel challenged OR you may need to go to a lighter mini band than me in order to keep good form..so find a resistance selection that feels challenging for you while maintaining really great form! Feel free to increase or decrease band resistance mid-set if needed, just be sure to match on the opposing side if it is a unilateral set.

We will perform giant-sets during today's workout. There are 4 exercises per giant set. All are non-repeat.

Circuits follow this template:

Band strength exercise, 55 sec
10 sec transition
BW cardio high intensity, 45 sec
BW cardio/strength low-moderate intensity , 35 sec
10 sec transition
Banded core exercise, 55 sec
20 sec recovery

There is some jumping in today's workout. To make an exercise non jumping, keep one foot on the ground at all times. Modifications are listed on the screen and are (sometimes) said during the commentary. When landing during any jumping exercise, land soft like you're trying to make as little noise as possible.

During the cardio exercises, the pace/tempo will determine the intensity. Speed up or slow down to adjust the intensity. Feel free to rest/pause during the set or physically hit the pause button if needed. 😀 We begin with a quick 2 minute warmup. So meet me on your mat and let’s get to work! 🤜❤️🤛
