年紀大，除了關節退化，其實腦部都會出現退化。其中一種非常普遍的腦退化病就是柏金遜症。因為起初的時候病徵都是一些肌肉繃緊、手腳開始不協調，因此被以為是脊椎骨肌肉的問題，便被我們忽略了。其實我們如何知道自己或家人是否患上柏金遜呢？
