In today’s workout we will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in a circuit style of training. This means we will complete 3 rounds of each circuit before moving on to a new set of three exercises. Push yourself with weights that challenge you and get you close to muscular failure at the end of each set! Grab your equipment and let's work hard together!

6. Glute Bridge Abduction
7. Leg raises

9. Ball Hamstring Curls
