Hey my loves! This is the third strength workout of the week, which focuses on your upper body, including arms, shoulders, and abs. As always, I have easier modifications for exercises that are more advanced. Let’s do this!

Workout motivation of the day: ‘You are what you do, not what you say what you’ll do.’

Details for this workout ▼

○ Muscles worked: Upper Body, Shoulders, Arms, Abs, Core
○ Time: 35 Min. (Warm-Up and Cool-Down included)
○ Equipment: Dumbbells (weights I am using for your reference are 2x 5kg and 2x 7,5kg)

Workout structure ▼

○ Warm-Up Mobility – Spine, Hamstrings, Scapula, Shoulders
○ Tri-Set 1 – Upper Back, Glutes, Triceps, Core/Abs
○ Tri-Set 2 – Chest, Core, Shoulders, Biceps, Obliques
○ Tri-Set 3 – Back, Abs, Core
○ Finisher 🔥 – Full Body Conditioning
○ Cool-Down Mobility 🧘 – QL, Spine, Hips, Shoulders
