Hey Team #everydaywarrior, NEW 40 MIN Kickboxing Cardio Workout - are you ready?🔥💦
I know hoch much you all love those sessions. This time we spice it up a little bit with working in Supersets.
Feel free to do your active rests yourself, I mostly needed the rest as a real rest.
Burn Calories, get your heart all pumping and have fun!

This Workout is another fun and super sweaty Cardio x HIIT Session, which involves our total body while including some Kickboxing Style Cardio moves. ❤️
We will be powering 2x 30 sec on 🔥 and resting 20 sec after every superset.

Make sure to make this Workout as intense as it can be for you.
