Bol Renversé | Mauritian Wonder Bowl 🇲🇺

This very unique Chinese-Mauritian dish is called a 'Bol Renversé' or Mauritian Wonder Bowl, which literally translates to 'Upside-down Bowl'. It is traditionally made with a saucy stir-fry chicken and veg on a bed of steamed rice, and a fried egg on top. The best way to appreciate this bowl of wonder is to dig in with your spoon from top to bottom so as you get an equal layer of everything 🔥🔥🔥
