40g palm sugar/Gula Melaka 40克椰糖
a knot of pandan 班兰结
60g grated coconut 60克椰丝
1/4 tsp salt 1/4茶匙盐
Cornstarch Slurry玉米淀粉浆:
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
1茶匙玉米淀粉 + 1汤匙水
tea cups size : 70mm x 50 mm
