我發現很多長者當他們走路的時候都會有向前傾及向前倒的情況出現, 原因是因為脊椎開始退化, 軟組織開始磨損磨蝕了, 便容易出現駝背並且膝頭開始退化和無力, 變成可能容易失平衡和容易跌倒. 接下來我設計了幾個動作是幫助長者來去鍛煉我們的背部肌力, 可以來平衡我們的上背 亦增加我們的腳力. 接下來我們邀請Stretch Trainer Bruce去介紹這些動作給大家.

I find that many elders when they walk are leaning forward and prone to falling. The reason is because the spine starts to degenerate. Soft tissue starts to have wear and tear. Prone to hunchback
and the knees began to degenerate and weaken. Become prone to loss balance and falls. I designed a few exercises to help the elderly strengthening the back muscles. It can balance our back and increase the strength of our leg. Let’s invite Stretch Trainer Bruce to introduce these exercises.
