The following band leg workout can be done following 1 of 2 levels of progression. I explain what I mean during the first part of the video and than demonstrate both levels. Perform 45 - sec on / 15 - sec rest as you alternate through all 3 exercises for 5 total rounds. Rest 1-min between rounds.
