WOAH!!! The shake is real from top to bottom with this shoulders and calves workout and bomb news, it's only 15 minutes!

This strength workout targets all angles of your shoulders and calves! All you will need this weight training workout are your dumbbells and optional will be a chair. We combine shoulder a variety of shoulder exercises in rounds 1 and 2 and round 3 is an all-out calf finisher! Each exercise we work for 45 seconds and rest for 15.

This shoulders and calves workout is part of our FIT FOR YOU FIFTEEN series! These fifteen minute workouts are perfect when you are short on time, but want an effective workout to get you closer to your goals! The FIT FOR YOU FIFTEEN series is also perfect if you want to repeat this workout 2-3 times, combine it with another FIT FOR YOU 15 workout, or add it onto another strength or cycling class!

I love the shoulders and calves combo because it really works you from head to toe. Remember, this is YOUR workout and YOUR time! To make the most of it, focus on form, take extra recovery when needed, choose a weight to challenge you, and make it count!
