How To Make Authentic Jamaican Ginger Bulla Recipe | Bulla Cake

I grew up on Bulla and pear (avocado), when out of pear season I enjoyed Bulla Cake with Jamaican Processed Cheese. In this video I show you how to make the best Bulla Cake with no fuss and unnecessary steps....this has that authentic bulla taste for a touch of nostalgia!

INGREDIENTS LIST
3 Cups All Purpose Flour (500 grams)
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (250 grams)
1/3 Cup Liquid Ginger Extract or Ginger Powder
1/2 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Water
2-3 Inch Fresh Ginger Grated
1 Tbsp Powdered Cinnamon
1 tsp Freshly Grated Nutmeg
1 tsp Freshly Ground Dried Allspice/Pimento
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
