Voici une nouvelle vidéo à partager.

Cette une vidéo aborde les différents mouvements basiques des hanches sur un plan fixe, puis avec différentes manières de l'appliquer dans une position et avec des techniques, soit sur place, soit vers l'arrière, soit vers l'avant.

Également il y a un petit focus sur les coups de pieds, Guaku Hanmi et quelques points de vigilance.
