This is 20 minutes of upper body work. We will burn out the biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, and chest all in these 20 minutes. This is a LIVE FORMAT class meaning there is no bell, buzzer, or timer on your screen. We will walk you through each movement and explain each exercise. We will be using 8 and 5 pound weights but you should use whatever weight is best for you. Let's get started!
