Описание к видео 5 Minute Ankle Warm Up for Runners Increasing Their Fall Mileage / Injury Prevention!

If you're a runner who routinely struggles with stiff ankles and your calves feel tired and fatigue in the middle of your run, this is the dynamic, strengthening ankle warm up you need to crush your hardest fall workouts.
.
.
.
Ankles get stiff because they're being protective.

Our calves get a heck of workout with every stride we take.
And multiply that by every mile.

No wonder by the time you reach mile 10 your calves are feeling sluggish.

The solution: is not always more calf raises.
It's the QUALITY of your calf raise.

In this dynamic ankle warm up, I walk you through a very fast, effective warm up to restore ankle mobility in the front your ankle
AND
begin to activate and strengthen ALL the muscles in your ankle and foot.
And this is with regular calf raises.

These exercises are focused on ENDURANCE strength, the kind of strength that helps you run for miles and miles without injury or fatigue.

So lets jump in!

2-3 sets each

Inline Lunge
2x10 ea side

Double Leg Pogo Jumps to Single Leg Pogos
x5-10 jumps DL to 5 jumps Single leg (both sides)
