✨食材:鱼3片,羊角豆6条,番茄1粒,香茅半支,辣椒糊一碗 ,大葱1颗半,峇拉煎少许,咖喱粉1勺,亚叁膏2少+1碗半清水,叻沙叶1把,2勺糖

🌶️辣椒糊(blend):1把辣椒干 ,半个洋葱,红葱头5颗,蒜3颗,半支香茅,姜花6瓣

做法:
1. 热油,爆香blend好的辣椒糊,2勺糖继续炒香
2.把辣椒糊加进砂锅里,加入半支香茅,继续翻炒,倒入亚叁水煮滚
3. 再加入番茄以及一把laksa叶,这时候可以把鱼块&羊角豆也加进来了
4. 盖起来煮10分钟(看鱼的大小决定时间),煮滚后把洋葱放入就可以开吃了
