Let Karin guide you through this beautifully choreographed Pilates Flow lesson. The focus of this sequence is on the technique and quality of the selected Pilates Flow exercises. The sequence is therefore suitable for Pilates professionals as well as Pilates Flow beginners. With the selected Pilates Flow exercises you will alternately train your core strength and core stabilization. The functional choreography builds up the rotational movements with the feeling of counter rotation in the pelvis and thoracic spine from the beginning.
All you need to join in is a mat and, if necessary, a pad for your knees.

Training tip:
. Practise this sequence 2-3 times with Karin and consciously embody her instructions with each execution.
. Remember/write down the exercises.
. Integrate the sequence into your movement routine. Adjust the tempo to your taste, but still pay attention to the quality of the movements.
