This cute lemon shaped cake is a Japanese classic. The mixture of sweet sponge cake with a hint of sourness from fresh lemon juice creates a refreshing flavor. During filming, the fragrances of lemon filled the air, felt like summer in Tuscany. If you don't have non-stick mold, you can use cupcake or other molds instead, but always remember to brush the mold with butter and sift some flour so you can easily un-mold your delicious cake later!

酸酸甜甜的檸檬蛋糕,是許多人對烘焙坊的兒時回憶。小巧可愛的造型,酥脆且甜中帶酸的檸檬巧克力,包覆著充滿檸檬芬芳香氣的濕潤海綿蛋糕。簡單的食材,檸檬皮到檸檬汁一點都不浪費,用不同的方式運用到蛋糕裡,讓每一口蛋糕都有著不同層次的檸檬香氣和酸甜!

80 sugar
150 egg(3 eggs)
3 salt
1 lemon zest
15 lemon juice
100 butter
120 cake flour
extra lemon juice for finishing (optional)

《Lemon Chocolate Decor》
300 lemon chocolate (can use white chocolate and add oil base lemon flavoring)
10 butter

3 鹽

15 檸檬汁

120 低筋麵粉
*少許檸檬汁(看個人)可刷在剛出爐的蛋糕上,增加香氣和濕潤度

《檸檬巧克力裝飾》
300 檸檬巧克力 (可用白巧克力加入油性食用檸檬油調味)
10 奶油
