Happy New Year's! Hope everyone is ready to get back to the reformer for this full body pilates workout. This workout I am using a box, a light and medium band resistance and platform extender. If you don't have any of these props, no problem, I will give modifications or options if you don't have these items. Get ready to fire up those legs and glutes, strengthen your core and obliques, tone those arms and get an amazing stretch with feet in straps.
