This is a 45 minute pilates reformer workout for people of all levels. It will work your whole body, legs, glutes, abs and arms. For this workout, no props are needed, just you and your reformer. My style of pilates is meant to give you a workout and feel good. I like to do lots of reps where you will feel the burn, in comparison to classical pilates where you might do 5-10 reps. Get ready to have a great workout and feel stronger!
