This is a 55 minute full body reformer workout. This is an intermediate level workout, but if you have done pilates before, it will be doable. I will be using a pilates ball as a prop, but if you can still do the workout without the ball.
My pilates workouts are not  classical pilates where you only do 5-10 reps.  I like to feel the burn and feel like I get a great workout, while also stretching and lengthen the body. In this workout, you will feel the burn! Always remember to listening to your body and if it gets too hard, just take a break or lower your spring tension.
