This is a full body pilates reformer workout using a mini ball and light dumbbells as a prop. If you don't have these props, no problem, the whole workout can be done without it! This workout will make your abs burn, fire up those glutes and work those inner thighs. My style of pilates is not classical pilates, it is more athletic pilates where I do between 15-20 reps of each exercise because I want it to be challenging and want it to feel like you got a workout! I try to give modification and spring suggestions so everyone can do this workout.
