Happy to be back on the reformer and working out again. This is my first workout in 4 weeks since I got my appendix out, so I'm slowly working my way back to get my strength to where it was. This reformer workout is lower and upper body focus using light (2lbs) dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells you can still to the whole workout without them. There is a little bit of core at the end using feet in straps on a light spring, which helps engage the core but gives a little assist, which I need because my abdominals are really weak.
