你有沒有頸痛、手麻、心悸、呼吸不順、出汗、全新半身半麻痹:見過醫生,做過檢查,也找不到原因?其實有可能患上自律神經失調。一般來說,可以用尤因測試來找出是否患上這個病。另外治療方面就要針對性,是否原發的還是繼發的問題。一些病例如糖尿病或柏金遜病,容易出現自律神經失調。

In this video, Dr. Joe talked about the 4 exercises to help with Autonomic Dysfunction. This condition can cause many symptoms like sweating, dizziness, headaches, heart palpitations, upset stomach, and diarrhea. There is a test called Ewing’s battery test to determine whether you have autonomic dysfunction. Exercise has been shown to help with alleviating the symptoms. Remember, if during or after doing the exercises, you feel more pain and discomfort, please consult a doctor for further professional treatments.
