Villa Carpeneto: POLIZEI-EINSATZ und bellende WACHHUNDE im Gebäude - ALARM AUSGELÖST? 🔎 Lost Place

Am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes steht die Villa Carpeneto, vermutlich ein Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Ursprünglich als Burg errichtet, wurde sie im Laufe der Zeit mehrfach umgebaut. Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts wurde die Villa von einem ortsansässigen Grafen aufgekauft, der sie mit allerlei kostbaren Kunstwerken, wertvollen Keramiken und antiken Möbeln ausstattete. Ein dreiviertel Jahrhundert nachdem der Graf das Gebäude erworben hatte, geriet seine Familie in eine finanzielle Schieflage und seine beiden Söhne sahen sich gezwungen, die Villa wieder zu verkaufen – und zwar an einen Anwalt. Unterlagen aus der damaligen Zeit belegen, dass ein Großteil der Einrichtungsgegenstände zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits ebenfalls verkauft worden war.

In den darauffolgenden Jahrzehnten wechselte das Gebäude mehrfach den Besitzer, Teile des Grundstücks wurden ebenfalls weiterverkauft, bis schließlich in den 1930er Jahren ein renommierter Künstler neuer Eigentümer wurde. In den darauffolgenden zwei Jahrzehnten restaurierte er nicht nur die Villa, sondern er kümmerte sich auch um das, was von der Parkanlage übrig geblieben war. Während des zweiten Weltkrieges sah sich der Künstler leider gezwungen seine Villa zu verlassen. Diese Gelegenheit nutzte eine Gruppe von Partisanen, um die geheimen Alkoholvorräte aus den Kellern des Gebäudes zu entwenden. Nach Kriegsende kehrte der Künstler wieder hierher zurück.

Der Niedergang der Villa begann mit dem Tod des Künstlers und der Übertragung der Besitzrechte auf eine Schweizer Firma in den späten 1950er Jahren. Diese tat jedoch absolut NICHTS für den Erhalt des Gebäudes und deshalb steht es seitdem leer. Vor einigen Jahren wurde die Villa Carpeneto zum Nationaldenkmal erklärt – und obwohl sie zum Verkauf steht, hat sich bisher nichts getan ...

Wir nutzen diese Gelegenheit um das imposante Bauwerk mit einer Wohnfläche von 6500 Quadratmetern, verteilt auf 96 Zimmer und Bäder, zu erforschen. Allerdings bleibt unsere Anwesenheit diesmal nicht unbemerkt, denn plötzlich hören wir Stimmen! Die Polizei ist im Gebäude …

On the outskirts of a small village lies the Villa Carpeneto, probably an 18th century building. Originally built as a castle, it was rebuilt several times over time. At the end of the 18th century, the villa was bought by a local count, who furnished it with all sorts of precious works of art, valuable ceramics and antique furniture. Three quarters of a century after the count had acquired the building, his family was in financial distress and his two sons were forced to resell the villa - to a lawyer. Documents from the time show that a large part of the furnishings had already been sold at this time.

In the following decades, the building changed hands several times, parts of the property were also sold until finally in the 1930s, a renowned artist became the new owner. For the next two decades, he not only restored the villa, but also took care of what was left of the park. During the Second World War, the artist unfortunately was forced to leave his villa. This opportunity was seized by a group of partisans to steal the secret alcohol sstash from the basements of the building. After the war, the artist returned here again.

The decline of the villa began with the death of the artist and the transfer of property rights to a Swiss company in the late 1950s. However, they did absolutely nothing for the preservation of the building and therefore it has been abandoned since then. A few years ago, Villa Carpeneto was declared a National Monument - and although it is for sale, nothing has changed so far ...

We take this opportunity to explore the impressive building with a living area of 6500 square meters spread over 96 rooms and bathrooms. However, our presence does not go unnoticed this time, because suddenly we hear voices! The police are in the building ...
