This gorgeous 30-minute kundalini yoga kriya works on opening, aligning and balancing the heart chakra. Through these sweet, simple exercises, we're opening up to our capacity for compassion, love, forgiveness and connection... All good qualities to cultivate, and very worth the effort of this short kundalini yoga practice.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, be careful with your body. Honour any areas of tightness or injury, and please don't push yourself beyond your comfort zone. Let's be kind to ourselves. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
