👩🏻‍🍳재료[Ingredients]: 📌1 Cup=200ml
알감자 600g baby potatoes +소금 sugar +식초 조금 white vinegar
조림장] 진간장 5 Tbsp, 다진마늘 1T, 황설탕 2T, 오일 1T, 물 1.5 Cups ,미림 2T, 다시마 1쪽
sauce] 5Tbsp soy sauce, 1T minced garlic, 2T brown sugar, 1T cooking oil, 1.5 Cups water, 2T Mirin, 1 piece dried seaweed kelp[kombu]
조청 3 Tbsp
👩🏻‍🍳만들기[Instructions]:
알감자에 식초 소금 물 자작하게 부어 10분 정도 끓여 살짝 익혀 체에 받쳐 찬물로 씻어 줍니다
팬에 조림장 감자 넣어 끓기 시작하면 뚜껑 덮어 10분 더 끓여 주다가
뚜껑 열고 조청 넣어 약불에서 가끔씩 젓다가
간장물이 졸아 돌면 마지막에 참기름 통깨 넣어 완성합니다
Pour a mixture of vinegar, salt, and water over peeled potatoes and boil for about 10 minutes until slightly cooked. Strain the potatoes and rinse with cold water.
Put the boiled potatoes in a pan with a sweet soy sauce mixture and cover with a lid. Boil for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally over low heat. Add Korean rice syrup, simmer for another 2-3 minutes over low heat
Once the sauce has thickened, simmer until the potatoes sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds to finish.
