Get ready to boost your on-ice speed with this goalie specific July off-season workout designed for hockey goalies. This speed workout is built on the foundation of functional strength and mobility developed in the first two phases of our Game Winning Goalie Formula. If you haven't completed those phases, be sure to check out our month 1 and month 2 videos for optimal results.

Workout Exercises:
1. Depth Jump Lateral Hop (2 each side, explosive)
2. Single Leg Balance + Hand Tracing (3 each side, slowly)
3. Half Kneeling Lateral Impulse Hop (4 each side, explosive)
4. Core Neck Flexion (4 reps, hold 5s)
5. BG Resisted Lateral Bound (3 each side, X0X0 tempo)
6. Wide Stance MB Rotary Pass (6 each side, X0X0 tempo)
7. Quick Step Lateral Hop (4 each side, explosive)
8. Stab BG "W" (8 reps, 2011 tempo)
9. 1/2 Kneeling Outer Range Lateral Push (3 each side, X0X0 tempo)
REST 3-minutes and repeat.

Just doing this workout won't maximize gains on the ice without the accompanying mobility, functional strength, and specific stamina training.
