This week we have a roundtable discussion between Doug Brignole and Mike Israetel about the physics of resistance exercise. These guys are both trying to maximise the stimulus to fatigue trade-off in our training to get the best muscle gains possible. They do however have some slight differences in opinion in regards to exercise selection, range of motion and what’s safe or not in this regard.
