食材份量 Ingredients
540克鯇魚腩 540g Green Carp belly
三段甜梅菜 3 segments Preserved cabbage
4薄片薑片,切絲 4 thin ginger slices
適量蔥,切絲或切粒 Handful of spring onions


調味料: Marinade:
生抽兩茶匙 2 tsp soy sauce
糖半茶匙糖 1/2 tsp sugar
麻油一茶匙 1 tsp sesame oil
兩茶匙生油 2 tsp oil
