Sweet Chili Chicken Tacos with Mango Peach Salsa 🍗🌮🌶️🥭🍑

Ingredients:
-1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
-2 ripe mangoes, small diced
-2 ripe yellow peaches, small diced
-half of a red onion, small diced
-1 jalapeño, finely chopped
-1 tbs Blues Hog Sweet & Savory Seasoning
-2 tsp olive oil
-Blues Hog Sweet Chili Sauce for topping
-juice of 1 lime
-salt to taste
-12 corn or flour tortillas

Instructions:
-add chicken to bowl with oil and seasoning; air fry at 400F for 18 min
-rest the chicken for 10 min before cutting into bite-sized pieces
-add the diced mangoes, peaches, onion, and jalapeño to a large bowl; mix in salt and lime juice
-heat the tortillas on the stovetop for several seconds per side until warm and soft
-build the tacos by adding chicken and topping with the mango peach salsa; drizzle with chili sauce
